Contracted by a general contractor to manage all on-site aspects of an adaptive reuse project, transforming a warehouse shell space into St. Vito Focacceria. This tenant buildout in the Gulch neighborhood featured custom millwork and upholstered booths, a high-end chef’s kitchen, and a custom bar.
