West Bend

2024

As a member of a development partnership, Waterrock acquired and transformed two urban parcels into a four-home urban infill development. This project involved obtaining approvals from various utility companies and securing the Nashville City Council's approval to abandon an unused utility easement that dated back to the early 1900s. These efforts allowed us to develop four homes on the site, maximizing urban infill practices encouraged by local zoning.

Following the abandonment of the easement, we moved forward with producing surveys and architectural design documents, as well as creating a site plan to fit all four homes within the narrow urban setbacks. We successfully navigated the Metro permitting process and construction began in 2024.
