Contracted by a general contractor to manage all on-site aspects of an adaptive reuse project, transforming a warehouse into Bad Axe Nashville Venue & Bar. The project involved retrofitting the existing structural walls and prestressed beams. Full-scope MEP & life safety renovations enabled over 8,400 SF of space for an occupant load of almost 300 patrons, with 26 axe targets.
