Contracted by a general contractor to manage all on-site aspects of an adaptive reuse project, transforming a carwash into a six-tenant culinary hub. The project involved structural retrofitting of the existing structure’s foundation, installing new footers where necessary, and implementing soil nails to salvage a failing retaining wall. Resulting from a full-scope MEP & life safety renovation, a total of six full-service commercial kitchens were installed, offering culinary professionals a space to lease without the burden of a full restaurant investment.
