This custom project in Nashville’s West Meade neighborhood transformed an existing residence by blending new living space with enhanced outdoor comfort. Waterrock Construction built a one-bedroom, one-bath, two-story detached accessory dwelling unit, featuring a full kitchen, spacious living area, and a carriage-style two-car garage on the lower level. To enhance the main home, we added a vaulted screened porch with composite decking, tongue-and-groove ceiling finish, and ample space for year-round outdoor living. An uncovered deck connects the new structures, creating a functional and cohesive layout for entertaining, guest accommodations, or extended family use. This project highlights thoughtful planning, durable materials, and a seamless integration of new and existing architecture. Our team managed all aspects of construction to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion.
